   am BEYOND pleased with my Resteck Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager. My son purchased this AMAZING device for me as a Christmas gift.I have found SO MUCH RELIEF and I’m in awe that it’s so powerful. The highest setting is intense yet completely relaxing.I have tried all three settings as well as the heat setting. I can honestly say that all of the settings are powerful, but I prefer the highest setting with heat.I also love having the option to use it in the vehicle as well as at home. The car adapter was a welcomed surprise!I have used this massager several times a day since the day I opened it.One day I plugged it up and I couldn’t get it to work. My husband contacted Ted and he handled the matter in a timely manner.He was also extremely professional. He offered to ship out a new device with no hassles. We weren’t even asked to ship the device back.He did suggest that the issue could be with the adapter and asked if we’d try the vehicle adapter. BINGO… It worked! Ted is shipping me a new adapter to use in my home.I’ve been enjoying the benefits of my massager in my vehicle and I’m eagerly awaiting the arrival of the adapter.This is such a sturdy, well made massager. I’ve tried other shiatsu massagers and they weren’t worth the money or time.I love being able to put my arms in the holders so I can adjust the placement of the device. I also enjoy the fact that you can use it in various ways and reverse the massage.I must add that I am severely epileptic and have suffered from headaches a majority of my life. Since I’ve been using my massager, my headaches have dissipated.I am more relaxed, have less anxiety and far less muscle tension. It also has helped me with sciatic nerve pain. I’m in awe.I believe this massager was made in Heaven! Please don’t hesitate to purchase one. It is worth MORE than the asking price.Everytime I use it, I literally melt into a puddle. I’m resting much better and generally feel better all around.If I ever do burn mine up, I’ll get another one. No, I’ll buy two or three more. Anyone will benefit from this amazing massager.If I could give it a 10 star review, I wouldn’t because deserves INFINITY and BEYOND!    After years of chronic neck pain and trying physical therapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy with little lasting benefit, this item finally has me sleeping soundly.Plusses:1) You control exactly where it applies pressure and how much pressure it applies, so unlike human massage therapists, it doesn’t move off the spot you need worked, doesn’t push too hard or too soft, and doesn’t get tired from deep kneading.2) The price is less than one session with a massage therapist (at least around me), so the return on investment is instant. So far I’ve used it upwards of 50 times and it’s still working like new, and each session with it has helped me more than a session with any of the massage therapists I tried, so the cost/benefit ratio is amazing.3) It’s super versatile: I’ve used it to massage my neck mainly, but also upper back, mid back and lower back and it was just as good for all of those.4) The construction is sturdy and the materials are good quality.Minuses:1) You apply pressure to your back/neck by using your chest/arm muscles to pull the balls forward. It works great for me but it’s not as relaxing as lying on a table doing nothing while you get a massage. You can also put it between a chair back and your neck/back and lean into it, which removes the need to pull with your chest/arm muscles, but makes it a little harder to control exactly where the balls go.FYIs:1) When you put very heavy pressure on, the motors do slow down a lot and struggle to keep going. This is not surprising — the balls are just driven by moderate size electric motors which can only provide so much torque. But at first this made me think I could not put on too much pressure for fear of overloading the motor. But over time I’ve gotten more aggressive with how much pressure I use, and as I said, it’s still working fine after ~50 uses.2) Be careful putting too much pressure on the balls against areas without much muscle cover. I pulled too hard against my upper neck and actually ended up with a bruise on my skull, but that was entirely my fault, not the massager’s. The massager has hard rotating balls — if you press hard plastic into your bone you’ll get a bruise, lol.

   I have had severe nerve damage after my neck fusion surgery 4&1/2 years ago…. I was seriously in bed for 3&1/2 years and the ONLY thing to help me FINALLY was an amazing Chiropractor that actually put me on a tension machine to stretch my muscles and allow other vertebrae to slip back into place that had “fallen out of alignment” according to my surgeon 🙄 and there was nothing more that they could do except another surgery! NO THANKS! But even with Chiropractic care every week, I still had completely tense muscles due to the nerves zinging just under my skin, keeping them in a constant state of stress. I have seriously spent hundreds of $ trying to find ANYTHING to help me on a daily basis, because even though the hubby has great hands, he doesn’t need to give me a massage every night and so often, even though He tried, he would always miss “the spot” that hurt the most…. so out of desperation, I turned to my favorite place Amazon, and found this AWESOME massager! Others that I had purchased in the past, I always had to hold one arm or the other up in order to reach the spot on my shoulder blades that is the absolute worst spot, where the muscles were the tightest- and afterwords my arms and neck hurt from holding the long and heavy massager, so it was worse than when I started! Then, I found this amazing massager that I could actually put my arms in and adjust it where I need it the most AND keep my arms down where they are the most comfortable and put less tension on my neck. I can pull this right up into the top of my neck at the base of my skull and work my way all the way down my spine, then move it to the tops of my shoulders and then onto the shoulder blades. It takes ALL the tension away in about 10 minutes after work and I can seriously function at home and take care of my kids, cook and clean and do laundry, whereas before I would probably be in bed with a horrible headache after work- IF I could work at all… I work at a vet clinic and I seriously take it back and forth with me to work and use it on my lunch break! ALL of my co-workers LOVE IT, and ask me if I brought it (some days I forget 🙄) so they can use it! LOVE the carrying case- also one of the reasons I bought it. It is made very well and I put some serious strain on the straps so that I can apply more pressure as I need it! PLEASE LOOK NO FURTHER! Most versatile and well built massager out there made of quality material AND has a case to carry it on vacation, stressful business trips, even take it to work every day like I do!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PHENOMENAL MASSAGER! Oh, and the heat is a MAJOR PLUS, too! BUY IT! Y’all won’t be sorry! 💖💖💖💖

   I spent some time and money with a dozen other products to relax neck & shoulders but as a petite female 5’2″ & 120 lbs, the problem was the sizes being for average. This product is HEAVEN…relax and the first use it crunched my tight shoulder blades and I was able to move it to specific back neck and shoulder areas other products just missed. I’m on it now, again, and I feel like I’m extremely healed. What a fantastic product – plan on gifting for anyone you know in any muscle knots. So easy to use, too, most relaxed those muscles have been in months.

   After 20 plus years in the military and now a job where I am either stuck at a desk on a computer or on my feet on the go all day (and no consistency from day to day which extreme it will be) I’d say I have a fair amount of stress on my body. Now add two boys, one who is just shy of being a real adult and a 7 year old (who thinks he will somehow magically take over the world with an army of zombies) I have a decent amount of mental stress. (This is going somewhere besides a mini therapy session just give me a couple more seconds). When stressed, I get knots in my upper back between my shoulder blades which then tightens my neck and I become a whole new level of unpleasant, cranky grouch. I cant afford a day at the spa 7 or 13 times a month (the almost adult is working every nerve I own during this final stretch) so I needed something reasonable in price and accessibility. I looked around and came across the neck massager. I liked the price, but honestly thought the arm strap things were weird. However, I was on day 6 of not being able to look left comfortably and trying to find various ways to get back to normal. Desperate for any type of relief I ordered this. I am glad I did. Now this didnt help me lose weight, I cant do math any better than before and my kids still get on nerves I didnt even know I had, but never the less I love this thing. It now holds a spot by my bed for pretty regular use. The heating features is great and while you can use it without, I like it too much to try it without. The weird arm straps are actually brilliant, they allow me to adjust it so I can pinpoint specific areas, as well as adjust the amount of pressure to what I can handle. I’ve had this for a few months now. Within 3 days of getting it I felt back to normal, and now if I start to feel tense I do a session or two in the evening. I still get the sore shoulders but that’s my brain and body’s issue. By using this though I have been able to keep it manageable and my neck mobile. I dont know how long itll last (both kids have also tried it a few times) we are getting a lot (I’ve probably used it for a good 50 plus hours combined time already, broken down in 15 min sessions) of use out of it. I do know I won’t hesitate to replace it with another from this same manufacturer. The difference I feel in my neck, shoulders and back is great and I’ve saved a lot of money since I have not needed to go for a massage at all since this came to my house. I also have a tens unit that I have not needed since I started using this so now I dont have to deal with sticky pads or getting their replacements (just more money this saved me) . To recap, this purchase has been beyond my expectations and I’d recommend it to others, I’m very happy with it.

   Works great for targeting tough areas that are hard to hit with things like a hook or a tennis ball. Extremely quiet; I have to literally touch it to make sure it’s on. Isn’t afraid to REALLY get up in there with all the pressure you need while also being super easy to maneuver and hold.I bought it specifically to get at some areas between and under the shoulder blades and as someone who loves intense pressure to get the job done, this thing delivered perfectly when I needed it to and backed off immediately when the tension released.At the price, it’s hard to imagine anything better. Don’t tell my masseuse.

   I’ve had severe neck pain for a few years and nothing has helped me! I saw this and thought I’d give it a try and oh my GOODNESS! I buy a lot of things from Amazon so I’m always pretty skeptical of gimmicky type things. This is probably my favorite purchase EVER and that says a lot! The build and quality are top notch. The massage is AMAZING! I’ve had it 3 hours now and I’ve used it two of the three hours. Don’t hesitate, buy it! Your body will thank you later! If you maneuver it properly you can hit your whole back and neck. I used it on my arms and legs as well ! Best purchase EVER

   I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for pain relief. I have been dealing with persistent shoulder pain for the last year or so. I work a desk job, and carry stress in my shoulder / neck area. I had very low expectation but let me tell you… this thing is a game changer.After thirty minutes of use, it has already given me more relief than I often find the few times a year I can afford to see a massage therapist. It is easy to add or reduce the pressure just by relaxing / loosing or tightening the device around whatever area you’re focusing on. Works incredibly well on the neck, shoulders, back, and glutes. I am so happy with this purchase and could not recommend it enough.

   I used this for 2 hours the first day it arrived. Once you get used to using it, you can guide it up and down your back. It looks like it may be awkward to use, but it’s very simple: you control the pressure, speed, heat… Before using this, the knots in my shoulders were so bad that while driving, I couldn’t turn my head to see if cars were coming. Just compare the cost of a masseuse, you’ve got to try it. But you’ll never replace your masseuse:)

    I was hesitant to but this because I don’t like « hard » massages (I always get Swedish, not deep tissue). But my neck has been hurting really bad lately and I saw this had different intensity levels so I decided to try it, and omg it is freaking amazing! I’m convinced I’m gonna wear this thing out from overuse and have to buy several more, which I am completely fine with! It’s worth every penny!I thought it would hurt but it feels like someone rubbing the back of your neck and just gives me goosebumps.
