Absolutely bowled over by this! I have severe pain in my shoulder from a fall years ago, resulting in tight muscles in my shoulder and neck, leading to headaches & neck pain. I use this for about 10 minutes every few days or when my shoulder starts feeling tight, and it’s the only thing that seems to provide both instant and lasting relief!The triangular handle makes it easy to use on myself, whereas traditional styles require someone else to do it for me on my back. With this one I can effectively use on my shoulders with no issues. Has a variety of settings and heads for different uses. The larger ones have been best for my shoulder, where my partner uses the smaller heads on a lower setting on his hands for his RSI. Links to your phone as well for more health functions (I don’t really use these, but a really handy feature.Charges via USBC (included), and has a charge time of roughly 2 hours. Battery life lasts a long time and usually lasts me a couple of weeks between charges. I’ve tried other cheaper brands in the past but the heads are usually too hard, or the settings vary wildly with big steps from softer to heavy settings. This one has a lot of increments to ease up to heavier settings, and the heads are cushioned enough to not be uncomfortable. Cannot recommend this massager enough!

Geweldig apparaat. Alleen de uitleg is té summier en het ontdekken van alle mogelijkheden zou makkelijker kunnen. Afbeeldingen en. Video’s voor de diverse toepassingen. De app geeft niet voldoende informatie vind ik.Verder is het een geweldig apparaat. Ik denk alleen dat er veel meer mogelijk is wanneer de uitleg helderder is en visueel.

Das Gerät hat nicht so viel Wumms wie mein billigere Massage-Pistole. Aber es ist vor allen Dingen mit seinen schmalen Griffdurchmesser gut zu halten und zum Beispiel auch für die kleineren Hände meiner Freundin gut geeignet. Die Pulsmessung ist ja nicht unbedingt erforderlich. Aber die Hilfe für das Ein- und Ausatmen mag zwar nerdisch wirken, ist aber tatsächlich eine Hilfe.

I suffer with a bad back and my chiropractor has the pro version so I decided to try the Percussion Massage.First of all this is a well designed device. It comes in a lovely box and it has a very good instructions booklet.Theragun Sense is rechargeable and it comes with a USB C cable. On average I get around 10 massages out of it. You get a variety of attachments to go with the gun but I personally prefer the one that comes as a standard.If you have someone who doesn’t know how to use Theragun – you can pick the setting for the gun to tell you when to move on from which area of the body. There’s a lot there you can set this device to.The only real downfall is that you still need someone to do your back massage!I love how relaxed my body feels after 20 min massage, it really helps me with my back pain and overall muscle relaxation.I can’t recommend Theragun Sense Percussion Massage Gun enough. Good value for money – well worth saving up for.

Easy to use and install. The added bonuses of the app make it better with breathing exercises. Eased the pain in my back from an old sports injury but can be used for a variety of ailments. Has a good variety of power and settings. Item arrived very well packed, so excellent start, perfect size and more important top quality looks and feels great , for the price can’t fault it, 10 out of 10 from me very happy indeed and would purchase again 👍

So so helpful I cannot recommend this enough
