I felt like this was an overpriced toy. I ordered it on prime day for the sale knowing there were free returns. I tried it while healthy and was impressed with the heat it gave, but was disappointed in the vibration options. You can choose different patterns, but not intensities. I was going to return it because it didn’t seem worth the money.I had a sore back from yard work and put it on and it immediately redeemed itself. I did not return and now between my wife and I, it is used every week. I truly believe using this prevents sore backs from evolving into something worse. If I’m about to start something that i know will put stress on my back, I’ll wear it while working and my back never gets sore. It really does keep your muscles loose. I wish it was cheaper or had intensity options for the vibration patterns, but I do feel like this is worth having. I’ve Lent it to friends who were injured and they bought one after using it.

I wear the belt first thing in the morning to warm up my core before going into my stretching routine. I am trying to get rid of lower back and sciatic pain. I then wear the belt on heat and vibration modes when I take the dogs for a walk; it is very comforting and the the battery life is impressive.

Overall very pleased. Heats very fast. I typically use the first or second setting which is usually enough. Figure under 20 seconds it’s heated up. 3 distinct vibration settings, one constant, the other two intermittent pulsating. Fit wise it’s comfortable. The controller can be a bit bulky if you wear it under a shirt but generally not in the way of movement. I generally run 1-2 cycles, which are 15-minute intervals apiece. You can get 1-2 more intervals out of a single charge but beware if you’re running high heat and constant vibration the battery life will be impeded as it is wireless after all. However for the 30 minute sessions at low to medium heat and one constant vibration and one pulsating this works like a charm and charges full in about 30 minutes. From completely dead battery it’ll take several hours to fully charge. I’ve used it typical twice a day, so hour total every day going on a few months with zero issues. Dont really see a point for the Bluetooth/app so have not downloaded it. There’s 3 heat/3 vibration settings, not exactly complex stuff here to need an app to control it. Definitely recommend it as part of a recovery program, this has helped quite a bit in combination with other steps to mitigate back pain.

Instant venom to my terrible lower back pains. Relieves hours of torture in seconds. My man has a really bad back that keeps him from moving sometimes and he loves it too. Quality material, reasonable price, very fast heat and 3xmodes vibrations. Only drawback it the battery’s short life and long charge time, and it’s fielty to a charging source that is not universal. Most of their products like this will share chargers just fine. Just don’t effing lose it!I feel like it lasts 45 min only, about 3-4 sessions. Maybe an hour, i can’t say for sure. One size fits all, easy to put on, comfy and simple.

Love this product! Have used heating pads in the past but this blows them away. Gets hot, fast and also has vibration which many of those pads do not have. This product has improved my quality of life as it really helps with low back pain/tightness that I experience every morning. I just pop it on for 15 mins and my muscles warm up and I’m ready to go.Best thing about this is how I can use it anywhere, anytime. I can use it while sitting at my desk working, or while I go for a walk. Can’t say that about any plug in heating pads!It has three heat settings which is nice because I can only tolerate the heat up to the second setting. So it’s super powerful and great for people who can handle more heat than I can.Also enjoy the vibration, which is very strong. I prefer the first vibration setting, which is continuous. The other two are more intermittent which doesn’t suit me.Would say the only downside is the battery life that lasts about 2 hours or so. I can’t really complain about it though because it’s battery powered and thus can be used anywhere, any time. Also I’m sure the heating element requires an enormous amount of power so totally understandable.Overall I highly recommend this product and would easily consider buying products from this company in the future.

Moi et mon conjoint on l’utilise et ça fait vraiment du bien au niveau du bas du dos même que je me suis monté la ceinture un peu plus haut et c’est génial je le recommande à ceux qui on mal au dos.

The 3 vibration and heat settings really help adjusting to get it comfortable. It didn’t have lasting healing effects on me, but while I was wearing it and had it on, it felt great! If you’re looking for some relief when nothing else works, this could be great for you!

Bought this with same day delivery and utilizing the Amazon payment plan to help with terrible back pain.Easy to set up, some comfortable, and provided immediate relief.The only downside is the battery life – after a few 30 minute sessions at a higher heat, the battery is toast. I just charge after each usage to be safe now.
